Website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver content and protect the site.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.

Your language choice is stored in your browser and is not sent to us. The website has no accounts and no forms.

Desktop app

Project files, session history, and workspace memory stay on your computer. We cannot access them.

The desktop app contains no usage analytics or behavioral tracking.

When a task runs, the conversation and the code, file excerpts, and command output it needs are sent to the model provider you configure (your own API provider or TokLens). That provider's privacy policy governs how it handles the data.

API keys and TokLens sign-in credentials are stored on your machine.

Online features such as sign-in, balance checks, and the plugin marketplace send what the request needs to the relevant service, which may include credentials, app version, OS type, and a device identifier.

With SSH remote workspaces, data travels directly between your computer and the server you specify.

When you contact us

If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply and resolve your request.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy or where the law requires.

Providers may process data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take the steps the PDPA requires to ensure a comparable standard of protection.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Email [email protected].

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the effective date on this page and flag significant changes on the website.
