These terms cover the zenwork.one website and the Zenwork desktop app, provided by ZENKIT PTE. LTD. ("we"). By using the website or the desktop app, you agree to them.
License
The Zenwork desktop app is provided free of charge. It is built on open-source software licensed under the Apache License 2.0, which continues to apply to those parts; third-party license notices ship with the installer.
Your responsibilities
At your direction, Zenwork reads files, edits code, and runs commands on your computer or server. Use it on projects under version control or with backups, and review changes before you ship them.
You are responsible for the results of using Zenwork and must not use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
AI-generated content
Code and content generated by models can be wrong. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Third-party services
Model providers, TokLens, and other services you connect are run by their own operators under their own terms and prices. We are not responsible for their availability, output, or charges.
Fees
The desktop app is currently free. If paid features are introduced, prices and rules will be shown before purchase.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zenwork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data or profits.
Termination
You can stop using and uninstall Zenwork at any time. If you breach these terms, we may stop providing the website or related services to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date on this page. Continuing to use Zenwork after an update means you accept the new terms.
